Terms of Service

II. TERMS OF SERVICE AND PROPRIETARY USE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE I: BINDING NATURE AND MODIFICATIONS

The following terms (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the User and solonocoder.com (the "Provider"). Accessing the Platform signifies an unconditional assent to these terms. The Provider reserves the unilateral right to amend these provisions at any time, with such modifications becoming effective immediately upon publication to the Platform's root directory.

ARTICLE II: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRITY

The Platform, including its underlying Next.js logic, source code, CSS architectures, and proprietary content, is protected by international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

Restricted Acts: The User is strictly prohibited from "scraping," "crawling," or otherwise automating data extraction.

Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Next.js production build or the Fillout.com API integration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

ARTICLE III: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall the Provider, its owner, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if the Provider has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

ARTICLE IV: INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the User's violation of these Terms or the unauthorized submission of third-party data via the Fillout.com interface.

ARTICLE V: SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All inquiries regarding these terms should be directed to hi@solonocoder.com.
