Privacy Policy

I. COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY

§ 1. Preamble and Scope of Application

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy (the "Policy") establishes the mandatory framework for the processing of Personal Data (as defined in Art. 4(1) GDPR) by solonocoder.com (the "Controller") via the digital interface located at https://solonocoder.com (the "Platform"). The Platform is architected upon the Next.js framework. Use of the Platform constitutes an irrevocable acknowledgment of the data processing practices stipulated herein.

§ 2. Taxonomies of Data Collection

The Controller differentiates between the following categories of processed data:

A. Technical Metadata: Derived from the Next.js server-side and client-side execution, including but not limited to User-Agent strings, HTTP headers, and obfuscated IP addresses.

B. Analytical Telemetry: Facilitated via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This involves the deployment of persistent and session-based identifiers to aggregate behavioral heuristics, subject to the "Consent Mode v2" protocol.

C. User-Submitted Information: Collected via the proprietary embedded interface of Fillout.com ("Processor"). This includes all PII (Personally Identifiable Information) voluntarily transmitted via form fields.

§ 3. Legal Basis for Processing Operations

Pursuant to Art. 6(1) of the GDPR, the Controller invokes:

Art. 6(1)(a): Explicit consent for non-essential analytical cookies and tracking scripts.

Art. 6(1)(f): Legitimate interests for the maintenance of Platform integrity, security protocols, and optimization of the Next.js rendering pipeline.

Art. 6(1)(b): Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures initiated by the Data Subject via Fillout.com form submissions.

§ 4. Data Sub-Processors and Transborder Transfers

The Controller engages Third-Party Processors for specialized functions. Google LLC (Analytics) and Fillout, Inc. (Form Management) may process data in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such transfers are governed by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, in the alternative, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an "adequate level of protection" as mandated by Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

§ 5. Rights of the Data Subject

Data Subjects are hereby notified of their irrevocable rights under Chapter III of the GDPR, including the Right of Access (Art. 15), Right to Rectification (Art. 16), Right to Erasure (Art. 17), and the Right to Data Portability (Art. 20). Exercise of said rights must be submitted in writing to: hi@solonocoder.com.
